Who is Soukaku?
Soukaku is an A-rank Ice Support agent from Section 6. A diligent shrine maiden who takes her duties as a Hollow investigator extremely seriously, she is the best Ice buffer in ZZZ and one of the most important A-rank units in the entire game. Her Wind Ptarmigan mechanic provides a powerful Ice DMG Bonus to the whole team. Available from the A-rank pool — no limited pulls required.

Generates Fly Whittles that stack up to 120 ATK and Ice DMG Bonus for the whole team.
Her EX Special and Ultimate both provide Ice DMG% bonus to the squad, scaling with Fly Whittles.
Additional Ability with Yanagi or Miyabi grants increased Ice DMG and Anomaly Proficiency.
Brief EX Special and Ultimate window, then back to the DPS.

Why is Soukaku so important for Miyabi?
Miyabi's damage scales heavily with Ice DMG Bonus, and Soukaku provides the largest Ice DMG% buff in the game. The Section 6 faction bonus also activates with Miyabi, granting additional Anomaly Proficiency. Prydwen calls the Miyabi+Soukaku+Piper team the strongest expert team in ZZZ.
Is Soukaku hard to obtain?
No — she is an A-rank available from the standard pull pool at any time. Every player eventually gets multiple copies just from regular pulls.
Can Soukaku work outside Ice teams?
Her Ice DMG Bonus buff only affects Ice DMG, so she is dedicated to Ice and Disorder teams. Outside of Ice, Nicole Demara or Lucy provide more universal buffing.
