Rina is an S-rank Electric Support agent from Victoria Housekeeping Co. An enigmatic and elegant woman with an unusual interest in Ethereal creatures, she is the premier Electric buffer in ZZZ. Her Puppet mechanic deals off-field Electric Anomaly through two floating constructs, while her Ultimate applies a powerful team-wide PEN Ratio buff — the rarest and most valuable support stat in the game.

Two autonomous constructs (Drusilla and Anastella) follow Rina off-field and attack independently, applying Electric Anomaly buildup passively.
Her Ultimate grants the entire team increased PEN Ratio for its duration — reduces enemy resistance universally.
Brief EX Special and Ultimate casts, then rotate back to the DPS.
Additional Ability activates with two Victoria members.
