Promeia is an S-rank Ice Anomaly agent from the Krampus Compliance Authority and a powerful addition to the Ice Anomaly archetype in ZZZ 2.x. Her kit is built around applying Frostbite Anomaly stacks at high frequency — her abilities generate rapid Ice Anomaly buildup and she has unique off-field Ice application mechanics. She is a strong partner for Miyabi (Hoshimi Miyabi) in Ice Anomaly teams, enabling frequent Freeze-Disorder triggers through dual-element Anomaly cycling.

Without Miyabi, Promeia can still function as a standalone Ice Anomaly DPS in content that does not require the top meta composition.

Does Promeia need Miyabi to be viable?
Promeia is a strong Ice Anomaly DPS in her own right — she does not need Miyabi to clear content. However, her off-field Frostbite application is most efficiently leveraged alongside another Ice Anomaly unit (Miyabi) for Freeze-Disorder synergy. As a solo Ice Anomaly DPS, she performs well with any Stun + Support team setup.
What is Frostbite Anomaly?
Frostbite is the Ice element's Anomaly buildup in ZZZ — when fully stacked on an enemy, it triggers Freeze (brief immobilisation + Ice Anomaly DMG burst). Promeia stacks Frostbite rapidly and her Ultimate zone passively applies it to nearby enemies without field time.
How is Promeia different from Soukaku?
Soukaku is an A-rank Ice Support — she buffs Ice DMG and provides utility but is not the primary Anomaly applicator. Promeia is an S-rank Ice Anomaly DPS who actively deals Anomaly damage and applies Frostbite. They fill complementary rather than competing roles in Ice teams.
