Is Lucia better than Rina for Ether teams?
They fill different support niches. Rina provides Ether pen debuff (increases Ether DMG taken by enemies) which scales with enemy count and is extremely strong for DPS amplification. Lucia provides ATK% or DMG% team buffs. Both have value — the choice depends on team composition and whether pen or flat DMG% buff is the limiting factor.
Does Lucia work outside Ether teams?
Her Ether-specific buffs lose full value outside Ether compositions, but general ATK% or DMG% buffs remain useful. She is primarily an Ether team investment.
