Who is Changli?
Changli is a 5★ Fusion DPS and one of the strongest single-target nukers in Wuthering Waves. She uses a Sword and a unique True Sight mechanic — landing specific Normal Attacks in sequence enters a supercharged state that multiplies her damage output. Her Outro also provides a hefty Fusion DMG buff, making her a premier team carry AND a strong Outro buffer for other Fusion characters.
