Who is Carlotta?
Carlotta is a 5★ Glacio DPS using Pistols, and the top Glacio main DPS in Wuthering Waves. Her kit is built around Charged Attacks — each Charged Attack costs Resonance Skill charges and deals high single-target Glacio DMG with excellent CRIT ratios. She is a relatively straightforward carry with consistent damage and strong Freeze utility when paired with another Glacio resonator.
