Blonney is a 5-star Star-afflatus DPS carry who revolves around her Ultimate as the centrepiece of her damage output. She builds access to strong Critical Rate and Critical DMG buffs, making her capable of surprisingly high burst numbers in her Ultimate window. Her weaknesses are a lack of Moxie generation (she needs external Moxie support to cycle Ultimates reliably) and the absence of Critical Rate-to-Critical DMG conversion that more modern carries enjoy.
