Who is Xueyi?
Xueyi is a 4★ Quantum DPS following the Destruction Path. Her mechanic is Karma — she accumulates stacks by reducing enemy Toughness (regardless of Weakness type), then unleashes a powerful 3-hit follow-up attack at max stacks.
