Who is Seele?
Seele is a 5★ Quantum character following the Path of the Hunt. A member of the Wildfire resistance group in the Underworld of Belobog, she is the original hyper-carry of Honkai: Star Rail. Her defining mechanic is Resurgence: upon defeating an enemy or inflicting Weakness Break, she immediately takes an extra turn, dealing massively amplified DMG for that turn. With stacking SPD buffs from her Skill, Seele becomes a blitzing single-target assassin capable of clearing waves solo in shorter content.

Deals massive Quantum DMG to a single target. If this attack defeats the enemy, Resurgence is triggered.
When Seele defeats an enemy or inflicts Weakness Break on a Quantum-weak enemy, she immediately gains an extra turn. During Resurgence, all her DMG is increased by 80%.
After Seele's Basic ATK, SPD is increased by an additional 25% for 2 turns (stacks with Skill buff).

Seele is accessible for F2P players. Her best F2P team uses Bronya (standard banner) and Pela (4★, standard banner) for a competitive Memory of Chaos clear without limited supports.
Sleep Like the Dead (5★ standard LC) is an excellent substitute for her signature. Cruising the Stellar Sea (4★ standard) works at S5 if you're early game.

Is Seele still good in the current meta?
Seele is a solid single-target DPS, but the meta has shifted toward AoE content (Pure Fiction) and team-wide synergy (SuperBreak, FuA). She still clears Memory of Chaos well. For new accounts she is a good option; for veteran accounts she is not a priority rerun pull.
Does Seele need Silver Wolf?
Silver Wolf's Quantum implant is very powerful for Seele as it guarantees Quantum Weakness on enemies for consistent Resurgence. However, Seele can be played without Silver Wolf using Pela + Bronya as the support/debuff core.
Does Seele's Resurgence trigger on every kill?
Yes. Every enemy kill or Quantum Weakness Break triggers Resurgence, giving her an immediate extra turn with 80% increased DMG. In waves with multiple weak enemies, she can chain multiple Resurgence turns in sequence.
