Who is Sampo?
Sampo is a 4★ Wind DoT amplifier following the Nihility Path. He applies Wind Shear (stackable Wind DoT) via his Skill and AoE, and his Ultimate applies a teamwide DoT vulnerability debuff — increasing all DoT damage enemies receive. Is Sampo good without Kafka?
His Wind Shear DoTs deal less damage without Kafka amplifying them, but his DoT vulnerability Ultimate still benefits any team running DoT characters like Guinaifen or Luka.
What Effect Hit Rate does Sampo need?
80%+ to reliably apply and stack Wind Shear. Below that threshold, stacks fall off and his DoT output drops sharply.
