Xianyun (Cloud Retainer) is a 5★ Anemo Catalyst healer, plunge-attack buffer, and Anemo support from Liyue (S-tier). She is the premier Plunging-Attack buffer for Xiao, Gaming, and other plungers — her A4 grants a large additive Plunge DMG bonus that scales with her ATK (capped at ~4500 effective ATK) — while also providing ATK-scaling team healing and 4pc Viridescent Venerer RES-shred utility.
