Yumemizuki Mizuki is a 5★ Anemo Catalyst from Inazuma rated S-tier Support and S-tier Exploration by Game8 (overall B-tier). She is a youkai on-field Swirl driver who floats above the ground in her Dreamdrifter state, continuously dealing Anemo DMG and boosting team Swirl damage based on her Elemental Mastery. Her Burst also provides conditional healing. She is roughly on par with on-field Sucrose but easier to use, especially for casual play. At C2 she becomes a strong all-rounder buffer. Enters Dreamdrifter state — floats above ground, deals continuous AoE Anemo DMG, increases movement speed, and boosts party Swirl damage based on her EM. State ends when she leaves field or re-uses Skill.
AoE Anemo DMG; summons a Mini Baku that creates Yumemi Style Special Snacks. Above 70% HP: snacks explode for Anemo DMG. Below 70% HP: snacks heal based on Mizuki's EM.
