She is the Third of the Fatui Harbingers and the premier "Lunar enabler" — her kit converts standard Electro-Charged, Bloom, and Hydro-Crystallize reactions into their supercharged Lunar variants (Lunar-Charged, Lunar-Bloom, Lunar-Crystallize), then buffs their damage through HP-scaling mechanics. Full power requires Nod-Krai Lunar-reaction teammates (Flins, Lauma, Zibai), but her Hydro application and HP buffs already provide utility in Furina/Neuvillette teams.
