Who is Von Lycaon?
Von Lycaon is an S-rank Ice Stun agent and Butler of Victoria Housekeeping Co. A gentleman werewolf with an encyclopaedic knowledge of wine and etiquette, he is the premier Stun unit for Ice teams. His kit applies Daze rapidly through his Normal Attack chain and EX Special, creating long Stun windows for DPS characters like Ellen to burst. His Additional Ability buffs the whole team's Ice DMG when paired with two Victoria Housekeeping Co. members.

Yes, but his best performance is in Ice teams. He works with any DPS that benefits from long Stun windows, but the Victoria Housekeeping faction bonus specifically rewards running him with Ellen and Soukaku.
Why does Soukaku go with Lycaon and Ellen?
Soukaku is also from Victoria Housekeeping Co., which activates the faction Additional Ability for all three — granting increased Ice DMG to the entire squad. She also provides a powerful Ice DMG% buff directly.
Is Von Lycaon on the standard banner?
