Who is Zhezhi?
Zhezhi is a 5★ Glacio Sub-DPS using a Rectifier and the best-in-slot off-field partner for Carlotta and Jinhsi. Her kit revolves around deploying ink painting echoes that deal coordinated Glacio DMG whenever teammates hit the marked enemies — effectively giving your main DPS a passive Glacio damage follower throughout the entire rotation. Her Outro provides a strong ATK buff to the next character, combining Sub-DPS and buffer roles in one slot.

Is Zhezhi better than Sanhua for Carlotta?
They fill different roles. Sanhua provides fast Concerto Energy generation (faster Outro cycles). Zhezhi provides off-field Glacio coordinated damage AND a stronger ATK buff via Outro. Zhezhi has higher ceiling DPS contribution; Sanhua is the excellent F2P option. Both work well with Carlotta.
What is the Inkstroke painting echo?
When Zhezhi uses her Resonance Skill, she deploys a persistent ink painting that hovers near the targeted enemy. Each time the active character attacks that enemy, the painting triggers a coordinated Glacio hit at no field time cost. Multiple paintings can be active simultaneously with Liberation.
Does Zhezhi need to be on field much?
No — her rotation is brief. Use Resonance Skill to deploy paintings, trigger Forte Circuit burst, activate Liberation for stronger echoes, then Outro into your main DPS. The rest of her contribution is fully off-field via painting procs.
