Yenisei is a 5-star Star-afflatus Support and one of the few characters in R:1999 to scale off Max HP, making her uniquely tanky when built correctly. She provides single-target heals, applies [Sturdiness] for DMG Taken Reduction, and reduces enemy DMG Dealt%. Her Ultimate grants [Immunity] to all allies and creates a large HP-scaled mass shield — one of the strongest teamwide defensive Ultimates available from a 5-star healer.
