Melania is a 6-star Beast-afflatus Support and the cornerstone of Ultimate-focused team compositions in R:1999. She is a powerful ramping Ultimate Support capable of massively increasing Ultimate DMG stats across the team permanently, while also generating loads of Moxie and even stealing Moxie from enemies. Her Euphoria upgrade introduced the [Moxie Extraction] mechanic and made [Fixed Plan] grant the next Ultimate up to 36% Crit Rate and Crit DMG. Prydwen notes she remains the best pick for buffing Ultimate Might, though recent Ultimate teams increasingly prefer newer supports for their primary core.
