Who is Hotori?
Hotori is the second banner character at NTE's global launch and is rated T0 as a Sub DPS / Burst DPS. Her core mechanic — Present Replay — locks her on field to deal massive damage during a Time Stop window, allowing her to freely attack while all other action is frozen. She provides additional resource generation to any teammate whose skill she copies during Present Replay, and her Blossom Enhancement keeps Vita Bud attacks active even through the Time Stop, uniquely preserving reaction damage during her burst.

Locks Hotori on field during a Time Stop window where she deals massive damage. Her main damage source occurs while time is stopped.
During Present Replay, copies another character's skill and repeats its effect — e.g. copying Zero's skill refills their cycle, providing extra resource generation.
Vita Bud attacks do NOT pause during Time Stop — unique trait that keeps the Blossom reaction active throughout her burst window.
Damage increased by 12% for each recorded Support Skill or Redirect Skill.

F2P Arc 2: Second F2P option — "the boss required to obtain it is no pushover and realistically you won't be obtaining it for a while."

Two F2P Arcs available. F2P Arc 1 (boss drop) is the better option for personal damage — though the boss may be challenging for early-game players. Start with F2P Arc 1 and upgrade when accessible.
Battle Pass Arc / Signature Arc push her Ultimate burst significantly higher but are not required for T0 performance.

Does Hotori need Nanally?
Hotori works in multiple team compositions and can operate as a standalone Sub DPS. However, the Nanally pairing is particularly strong — Hotori captures Nanally's skills during Present Replay, contributing to a big combined burst window. Their Blossom team is rated T0 for end-game content.
What is the Blossom reaction?
Blossom is a reaction in NTE that triggers burst damage when a certain Blossom gauge fills from teammate attacks. Nanally's passive and Hotori's kit both contribute to and exploit the Blossom reaction simultaneously — their pairing creates one of the highest Blossom uptime teams at launch.
