Who is Robin?
Robin is a 5★ Physical buffer of the Harmony Path and, as of Patch 4.2, a top-tier amplifier — the premier support for Follow-Up Attack (FUA) teams (source: Prydwen). Her Ultimate action-advances the whole team and stacks a large ATK buff plus a team-wide damage bonus.

Her Ultimate (Vox Harmonique, Opus Cosmique) action-advances all allies 100% and enters the Concerto state.
All allies gain ATK (up to 22.8% of Robin's ATK plus a flat 200), a team-wide DMG buff, and additional Physical damage instances when they attack.
Premier amplifier for Follow-Up Attack cores — build ATK because her buff scales off her own ATK.
