Who is Qingque?
Qingque is a 4★ Quantum DPS following the Erudition Path. She draws Jade Tiles via her Skill and deals massive Enhanced Basic ATK damage when she draws a full hand of 4 matching tiles. Her high SP consumption makes her uniquely dependent on a Skill Point generator — Sparkle or Silver Wolf are her ideal supports. Outside of a dedicated Quantum team she is inconsistent. Draws Jade Tiles randomly; if all 4 tiles match, automatically enters Enhanced state with a powerful Quantum Enhanced Basic ATK.
Deals Quantum DMG to all enemies and resets the tile hand.
Deals Quantum DMG to a single target and immediately enters Enhanced Basic ATK state.
Bonus Quantum DMG on Enhanced Basic ATK, stacking with Quantum set bonuses.

Standard pool. Her E6 is one of the biggest Eidolon upgrades in the game — she gains a bonus Enhanced Basic ATK instantly, effectively doubling her SP efficiency. Worth farming Eidolons if you enjoy the playstyle.

Is Qingque consistent without Sparkle?
No — Sparkle's Skill Point generation is quasi-mandatory to sustain Qingque's SP hunger. Without her (or Silver Wolf), Qingque is heavily RNG-dependent and starves her team of SP.
What happens when tiles don't match?
Qingque draws again on her next Skill use. Without luck or Sparkle forcing the draw, she can miss an Enhanced state entirely — this is the key inconsistency to manage.
