Who is Luocha?
Luocha is a 5★ Imaginary Abundance healer and the most Skill-Point-positive sustain unit in HSR. A mysterious coffin-carrying merchant whose healing scales with his own ATK (not HP), he passively maintains an Abyss Flower healing field by spending his Skill or Ultimate; while the field is active, all ally attacks automatically heal the attacker. His AoE dispel on his Ultimate removes buffs from all enemies simultaneously, which is uniquely valuable in content with buff-stacking enemies. As of 4.2 he remains a top-tier healer and a staple in meta teams.

Is Luocha the best healer in HSR?
Luocha is consistently ranked among the top 2–3 healers in HSR as of 4.2. His SP-positive kit, passive field healing, and AoE enemy buff dispel give him unique utility that Huohuo and Lingsha partially share but rarely replicate together.
Why does Luocha scale with ATK instead of HP?
His field heals for 18% of his ATK — this means stacking ATK% substats and his signature or ATK-boosting Light Cones directly increases his healing output, unlike most Abundance units that use HP%.
When should I use Luocha's Ultimate?
Use Luocha's Ultimate when enemies have dangerous buffs (shields, ATK Up, SPD Up) — the AoE dispel removes all enemy buffs simultaneously, which is one of the few ways in HSR to strip multiple buffs at once.
