Who is Lingsha?
Lingsha is a 5★ Fire sustain of the Abundance Path and, as of Patch 4.2, the premium healer for Break teams — she heals, deals high AoE Toughness damage through her summon Fuyuan, and her Ultimate increases enemies' Break DMG Taken by 25% (source: Prydwen). With her E1 she becomes the de facto best sustain in the game.
