Who is Jingliu?
Jingliu is a 5★ Ice Destruction hypercarry reworked in a later patch to be fully HP-scaling. A disgraced Sword Champion of the Xianzhou Luofu, she enters the "Spectral Transmigration" enhanced state by consuming allies' HP, granting herself a massive CRIT DMG bonus for each attack launched. Her updated kit synergises strongly with Cipher (DMG Vulnerability and additional damage) and Tribbie (RES PEN and bonus damage), elevating her from a mid-tier relic of her debut era to a revitalised top-tier Destruction carry in 4.2.

Deals Ice DMG and charges Syzygy stacks; at 3 stacks Jingliu enters Spectral Transmigration.
Large AoE Ice DMG and immediately grants 1 Syzygy stack — primary tool for entering enhanced state quickly.
Each attack drains HP from allies and grants Jingliu enormous CRIT DMG, converting all damage to a single enhanced Ice hit.
