Who is Fugue?
Fugue (the revived Tingyun) is a 5★ Fire support of the Nihility Path and, as of Patch 4.2, a top-tier Break and Super-Break enabler — the first unit able to forcibly apply Exo Toughness so enemies can be Broken a second time (source: Prydwen). Because she is Nihility, she enables Super Break without the Harmony Trailblazer.
スキル概要
Skill (Virtue Beckons Bliss) grants an ally Foxian Prayer and enters the Torrid Scorch state.
Her Talent applies Cloudflame Luster equal to 40% of Max Toughness; when reduced to 0 the enemy takes Weakness Break DMG again.
A Nihility Break support that can free the Trailblazer from the Harmony slot — needs Effect Hit Rate to land her debuff.
