Fu Xuan
Who is Fu Xuan?
Fu Xuan is a 5★ Quantum character following the Path of Preservation. The Master Diviner of the Xianzhou Luofu's Divination Commission and wielder of the Eight Directions of Koan Arts, she is one of the strongest sustain characters in Honkai: Star Rail. Her Matrix of Prescience redistributes 65% of damage taken by all allies to Fu Xuan herself, while also providing a flat CRIT Rate bonus and HP-threshold based damage reduction to the entire team. She is simultaneously a tank, a CRIT support, and a Quantum Weakness-Break enabler.
スキル概要
Activates Matrix of Prescience for 3 turns. While active: 65% of DMG taken by allies is redirected to Fu Xuan; allies gain +12% CRIT Rate; if Fu Xuan's HP drops below a threshold, she gains HP Restore and DMG Reduction.
Heals all allies for a large amount and restores HP based on a portion of her max HP. Inflicts the Matrix of Prescience state again.
When Fu Xuan herself takes DMG while Matrix is active, she will not fall below 1 HP for that hit (once per cycle). Reduces the DMG Fu Xuan takes.
Fu Xuan gains Quantum RES PEN for the team while she is on field.

She does not require any 5★ supports to function — she is self-sufficient as a sustain and her CRIT Rate buff benefits any DPS in the team.

Does Fu Xuan need to be on field to protect allies?
Her Matrix of Prescience persists for 3 turns after activation even if she is not the active character, so allies are protected even during other characters' turns. She needs to reactivate it with Skill before it expires.
Is Fu Xuan better than Huohuo or Luocha?
Fu Xuan excels in endgame content where her CRIT Rate buff and damage mitigation matter most. Huohuo provides action-advance and Energy Regen. Luocha provides field healing. Fu Xuan is better for tanky teams; Huohuo/Luocha are better for energy-hungry teams.
Does Fu Xuan's CRIT Rate buff stack with other sources?
Yes. Fu Xuan's +12% CRIT Rate from Matrix of Prescience stacks additively with relics, light cones, and other CRIT Rate sources. It is a team-wide passive benefit active for 3 turns.
