Cipher (real name Cifera) is a 5★ Quantum support of the Nihility Path and, as of Patch 4.2, a strong DEF-shred debuffer with some personal damage (source: Prydwen). Her signature reapplies a 24% DEF shred on every hit, making her an excellent partner for Acheron and attack-heavy DPS like Feixiao.
