Who is Anaxa?
Anaxa (full name Anaxagoras) is a 5★ Wind DPS of the Erudition Path and, as of Patch 4.2, a T0 AoE carry and The Herta's best partner (source: Prydwen). His Skill hits all enemies and fires twice per turn, and his Ultimate implants all 7 Weakness Types on every enemy.

His Skill bounces across enemies (multi-hit), implanting Weaknesses; his Ultimate (Sublimation) inflicts all 7 Weakness Types on all enemies.
Once enemies have 5+ Weaknesses they take +18% DMG from Anaxa and he fires a bonus Skill instance.
The Herta best partner (batteries her Energy, 50% team DMG boost) and a flexible weakness/Break enabler; CRIT DMG is largely free, so prioritize CRIT Rate.
