Xingqiu is a 4★ Hydro Sword off-field sub-DPS and one of the best 4★s in Genshin Impact (S-tier). His Burst (Rain Swords / Raincutter) fires Hydro waves whenever the active character attacks, providing reliable off-field Hydro application, damage, and incoming damage reduction.
