Who is Wanderer?
The Wanderer is a 5★ Anemo Catalyst Main DPS (formerly known as Scaramouche, ex-Fatui Harbinger). His Elemental Skill grants flight and the Windfavored state, during which his Normal and Charged Attacks become ATK-scaling Anemo projectiles. He absorbs Hydro, Pyro, Cryo, or Electro to gain bonus stats mid-flight. He pairs with Faruzan for Anemo DMG RES shred and a shielder or healer for comfort.
