Who is Tighnari?

Tighnari is a 5★ Dendro Bow Main DPS and the Forest Watcher of Gandharva Ville in Sumeru. His Elemental Skill creates a Vijnana-Khanda Field that reduces his Charged Attack charge time; he then fires Wreath Arrows that track enemies and spawn Clusterbloom Arrows on hit. He excels in Quicken (Spread) teams with off-field Electro partners and was the first standard-pool Dendro unit in the game.
