Kirara is a 4★ Dendro Sword character from Inazuma who debuted in Version 3.7. She is a nekomata courier working for the Komaniya Express and is primarily valued as a Dendro shield generator. Her Elemental Skill creates a durable HP-scaling shield and applies Dendro; her shields are among the most accessible in the game, requiring low constellation investment.
