Hu Tao is a 5★ Pyro Polearm character and the 77th Director of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor in Liyue. She is an S-tier on-field single-target Pyro carry who scales off Max HP: her Skill consumes HP to convert a chunk of Max HP into ATK and infuses her attacks with Pyro, while her Charged Attacks apply Blood Blossom (Pyro damage over time). Pyro-infused strikes scaled off Max HP during her Skill state — her primary damage source.
Consumes HP, converts a percentage of Max HP to flat ATK (capped at 400% of Base ATK), and Pyro-infuses all attacks (cannot be overridden). Charged Attacks in this state mark enemies with Blood Blossom — Pyro damage every 4s.
