Dahlia is a 4★ Hydro Sword Support from Mondstadt and a Deacon of the Church of Favonius. He is Genshin's first Hydro shielder, providing HP-scaling shields via his Elemental Burst and a passive ATK speed buff that scales with Max HP. Rated C-tier Support by Game8, he works best in Freeze teams (especially with Skirk) where his Burst Benison stacks refresh quickly via Frozen reactions.
