Cyno is a 5★ Electro Polearm character and the General Mahamatra of Sumeru. He is an A/S-tier on-field Electro DPS whose Elemental Burst state (Pactsworn Pathclearer) converts his attacks to Electro, boosts his Elemental Mastery, and enables timed Judication windows for burst Electro damage — making him a strong driver for Quickbloom and Aggravate teams. Chasmic Soulfarer): Electro hit; when cast inside an "Endseer" window (A1) it triggers Judication — +35% Secret Rite DMG and 3 Duststalker Bolts.
Wolf's Swiftness): Enters the Pactsworn Pathclearer state (up to 18s): Electro infusion (cannot be overridden), EM and interrupt resistance buff, immunity to Electro-Charged self-damage. Ends on character swap.
Opens periodic Endseer windows during the Burst state; using Skill inside them triggers Judication.
