Who is Yanagi?
Yanagi is an S-rank Electric Anomaly agent from Section 6 and one of the best Disorder partners in ZZZ. As the acting captain of Section 6, she specialises in building Electric Anomaly and triggering Disorder reactions when paired with a second Anomaly element. Her Remnant Charge mechanic lets her deal on-field Electric damage while also contributing off-field Anomaly buildup, giving her one of the highest total damage contributions of any Anomaly unit.
Kit Summary
After using her Ultimate, Yanagi enters a Remnant state where her Normal Attacks deal additional Electric DMG and accelerate Anomaly buildup. Core DPS window.
Electric + Ice/Fire/Physical creates Disorder explosions. Pairing with Miyabi (Ice) or Burnice (Fire) produces some of the highest DPS in ZZZ.
Rapid Electric strikes that apply large Anomaly buildup bursts — the primary rotation skill.

Is Yanagi better with Miyabi or Burnice?
Both are strong. Miyabi (Ice) creates Ice+Electric Disorder for massive burst damage. Burnice (Fire) creates Fire+Electric Disorder with more consistent sustained output. Yanagi+Miyabi is the top meta pairing; Yanagi+Burnice is nearly as strong.
Does Yanagi need to be on field?
Her Remnant Charge mechanic requires field time during her enhanced state after Ultimate. She is not a pure off-field unit. However, her rotation is efficient — she gets in, builds Anomaly, and rotates out.
What is Disorder?
Disorder triggers when two Anomaly elements are active on the same enemy simultaneously. The secondary element's Anomaly triggers an explosion for 250% bonus damage. Electric+Ice (Yanagi+Miyabi) and Electric+Fire (Yanagi+Burnice) are the most powerful Disorder combinations.
