Who is Welt?
Welt is a 5★ Imaginary standard character following the Path of Nihility. The former Anti-Entropy Sovereign and bearer of the World's title, he specialises in Action Delay — repeatedly lowering enemy Action Value to prevent them acting — while stacking significant DEF reduction and team-wide DMG amplification debuffs. His Novaflare upgrade trace makes him a credible Nihility debuffer in Acheron and Ashveil teams as of Patch 4.2. High skill ceiling at E0 but very accessible as a standard pool character.
Kit Summary
Deals Imaginary DMG to one enemy and adjacent targets; reduces SPD and inflicts Imprisonment (delays target action).
Deals AoE Imaginary DMG; reduces SPD and DEF of all enemies; applies Novaflare stacks.
On each Novaflare stack consumed, allies gain a stacking DMG% buff (up to 100% DMG at 10 stacks) — the backbone of his team amplification.
E4 gives 30% All-Type RES Reduction on imprisoned enemies; A4 "Gravity Surge" is core to his debuff ramp.
