Who is Luocha?
Luocha is a 5★ Imaginary Abundance healer and the most Skill-Point-positive sustain unit in HSR. A mysterious coffin-carrying merchant whose healing scales with his own ATK (not HP), he passively maintains an Abyss Flower healing field by spending his Skill or Ultimate; while the field is active, all ally attacks automatically heal the attacker. His AoE dispel on his Ultimate removes buffs from all enemies simultaneously, which is uniquely valuable in content with buff-stacking enemies. As of 4.2 he remains a top-tier healer and a staple in meta teams.
