Who is Bailu?
Bailu is a 5★ Lightning standard character following the Path of Abundance. The Dragon Lady of the Xianzhou Luofu, she is a reactive healer who distributes Invigoration stacks to allies after her Ultimate, causing automatic HP restoration whenever those allies take damage. She is also the only character in the game with a built-in one-time revival. While she trails behind Huohuo and Lingsha in the current 4.2 meta, she remains a competent and accessible healer — particularly notable for her unique revive ability.
Kit Summary
Applies Invigoration to all allies for up to 2 triggers each; whenever an Invigorated ally takes damage, restores HP proportional to Bailu's Max HP.
Heals a single ally and applies Invigoration, then bounces Invigoration to another random ally.
One time per battle, when an ally would be defeated while Invigoration is active, they revive at a portion of Max HP instead.
No debuff cleanse — she cannot remove harmful status effects from allies.
