The Wanderer is a 5★ Anemo Catalyst Main DPS (formerly known as Scaramouche, ex-Fatui Harbinger). His Elemental Skill grants flight and the Windfavored state, during which his Normal and Charged Attacks become ATK-scaling Anemo projectiles.
